Today the National Coalition of Anti-Violence Programs (NCAVP) released its 20th annual report Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer and HIV-Affected Hate Violence in 2016. The National Coalition of Anti-Violence Programs (NCAVP) has learned of the homicide of LGBTQ rights activist Bruce Garnett, age 67, in Chesterfield, Virginia.
