Your organization’s responses will be aggregated and analyzed as part of a landmark effort to measure the scope of threats facing our community nationwide and name and claim the resources we need to make our spaces safe.
Because of the nature of this National Needs Assessment, individual responses will remain confidential, and individualized data from participating organizations will not be reported in the survey results.
If you would like to receive updates about the survey or become a survey partner to help amplify the survey to other organizations in your network, you may complete the form below.
Note: You do not need to have others within your organization complete the survey unless they represent separate LGBTQ businesses, organizations or spaces. Each LGBTQ safe space only needs to complete one Needs Assessment survey, the form below is to register as a partner.
