Queering Healing from Sexual Violence

Join us on April 30th for ‘Queering Healing from Sexual Violence,’ a free and virtual panel discussion centering BIPOC LGBTQ+ survivors of sexual violence.

We will share information on sexual trauma and how it relates to LGBTQIA+ communities, tools for healing sexual trauma, as well as resources available to survivors in NYC and nationally. This webinar will center a trauma-informed and mind-body-spirit approach.

This will be a more webinar-style discussion with light attendee participation in the chat. There will also be a Q&A at the end.

This group is designed to share info with community, it is not a support group, group discussion space, or practice space. A handout will be shared with local and national resources for survivors, a summary of the tools offered, and media suggestions for further exploration.
