AVP Legal Clinic: Advanced Care Planning

Community members can meet virtually with an attorney to help them prepare advanced care planning documents such as living wills and/or healthcare proxies. The people who are accepted into the clinic will receive a link to the virtual meeting. Learn more by coming to AVP’s Legal Clinic on December 7 from 4-6pm ET.
This event will be held virtually on Zoom. We have the capacity for English and Spanish language speakers and closed captioning.
