AVP Legal Clinic: Advanced Care Planning

Community members can meet virtually with an attorney to help them prepare advanced care planning documents such as living wills and/or healthcare proxies. The people who are accepted into the clinic will receive a link to the virtual meeting. Learn more by coming to AVP’s Legal Clinic on November 3 from 4-6pm ET.
