ASSERT is a safe space for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer (LGBTQ+) people, and people affected by or living with HIV, who are survivors of intimate partner violence.
If you’ve experienced controlling, threatening or other concerning behaviors from an intimate partner, this is a place to share openly and confidentially with other surivivors and healing-focused staff from AVP.
Our facilitators bring experience and insight designed for LGBTQ+ survivors, and survivors living with HIV and help enable healing for participants.
ASSERT is free of charge and is held Tuesdays beginning October 15th via Zoom.
